1. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS OR WIGS

StrandsNinches hair extensions stocks raw and 100%virgin hair, which means they can be washed and styled like your own hair. We suggest washing and conditioning your hair extension with sulphate free products as Sulphates are strong for hair extensions. Suggested products includes Ogx Argan Oil or Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Customers pay for shipping and handling unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING RATE/TIME

Flat Rate of AU$15 applies to all Australian Orders (15- 18 BUSINESS DAYS AUSTRALIA WIDE DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC ) Usually 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS

Shipping Charges to New Zealand is AU$15

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We cannot ship internationally to postal box or mailing centre. A physical address is required.

Flat Rate of AU$45 worldwide.

Delivery is between 18 - 20 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO COVID-19 (USUALLY 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS)

Custom Fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that comes in from other countries. This is a fee that you the buyer are responsible for. It is vital to have an idea of the custom fee where you live. Also when package is held by customs it may take extra 1-5 days for them to inspect the package

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund or replacement for order
