If you place an order and will like to cancel your order, there will be a Flat Rate Deduction of $45. Cancellation are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date

Cancellation after 48hrs will attract a Flat Rate deduction of $180 from amount paid

Return of custom made wigs (Natural and Jet Black wigs only) will incure a charge of $250 of the original amount paid

In order to ensure safe handling, we do not accept returns. We wish to assure all our clients that extensions and Wigs are inspected by INCHES before dispatch to our cherished customers.

Return and Refund of HAIR BUNDLES will only be accepted within 48Hrs of recieving order if hair is faulty eg. tangles and excessive shedding.

Return and Refund of WIGS will not be issued due to the nature of the product. Wigs sold cannot be resold.
